Which Exercise Plan Should You Choose?

If you're serious about getting in shape, developing an effective plan is essential.

With different body types and cardiovascular levels, one exercise plan does not fit all. There are many different types of exercise plans to choose from.

If your goal is to lose weight, focusing on a plan that is packed with aerobics and weight lifting is the best way to go. For most, weight loss is generally achieved with high cardio and resistance training habits. Nutritionally, focus should be on a balanced diet.

Weight Maintainence

If your goal is to maintain your weight, or tone up, focusing on a plan that is flexible and includes a variety of options such as cardio, resistance training, and fun items such as dancing, Pilates, and yoga is the best way to go.
