Fit For Life Diet
The Fit for Life diet essentially separates food and requires dieters to eat specific foods during certain times of the day without mixing them. The diet is based on the premise that certain foods are difficult for the body to digest together. According to this diet, foods containing starch and protein are considered too difficult to digest at once and thus should be eaten separately. Dieters are required to eat nothing except fruit until 12:00 in the afternoon. After that, they are permitted to eat vegetable carbohydrates by themselves or protein mixed with vegetables. Drawbacks of this diet include an insufficiency of certain nutrients, such as calcium, vitamins, iron and zinc. Some experts believe the diet is outdated and may pose a serious health risk to the dieter.

Nothing but fruit in the morning? Don't think I could keep that up.
