Green Tea Diet
The green tea diet is based around the premise that green tea has weight reduction properties. Green tea is thought to increase the body's metabolism and reduce fat. This supplement contains caffeine, which is believed to stimulate energy and encourage weight loss in people who are overweight or obese. Dieters must drink at least 5 cups of green tea per day to experience signs of weight loss, but significant weight loss with green tea alone is not likely. A green tea diet may provide health benefits in the form of antioxidants and cholesterol control. Dieting with green tea may be beneficial for those who wish to maintain their weight, guard against weight gain and experience a healthier lifestyle.

Thanks so much for that beneficial information. I was once a green tea drinker but I really hate the taste sometimes I got to put sugar to sweeten it a bit. Now I shifted to just a tea drinker and still put sugar on it. Any suggest so I can go back to a green tea drinker. Thanks a lot.
