Jenny Craig

The Jenny Craig program provides customized pre-packaged meals designed to help individuals meet their weight loss goals. Their meals are high in protein and relatively low in carbohydrates and fats. Clients have the option of visiting a Jenny Craig Center to obtain their meals or to have meals delivered to their homes through the Jenny Direct program. Individuals must visit a Jenny Craig Center once each week for a weigh in and a twenty minute counseling session about food and nutrition. Food purchases must be purchased separately at an additional cost. Clients may take advantage of 24 hour telephone service and online support.
