Juice Diet
The juice diet advocates losing weight by drinking nothing but juice for five days. The juice diet is a type of detoxification diet designed to cleanse the intestines and rid the body of toxins with carrot, pineapple and celery juice while promoting some weight loss. Dieters may experience decreased energy but shouldn't get too many hunger pangs, as they are required to fill up on juice several times throughout the day, even as much as every 90 minutes. Some experts have likened the juice diet to a fast, giving it more spiritual benefits than long term health benefits. Since the juice diet is not designed for long term use, dieters can expect any lost weight to return once they go back to their regular eating habits.

I know a couple of friends at my last job that did this lemonade-mix diet for 6-7 days... Absolutely brutal, but quite the cleanse!

5 days with no food? No chance. Has anyone tried the juice diet? Did you see results? Were you able to stick to it?
