1-Leg Step Ups on Plyo Box
Work on your cardio and your upper leg strength at the same time.

Step 1
Stand with your feet together on top of a box.

Step 2
Hold your arms out in front of you and step off the box with one foot, allowing it to come to rest on the floor.

Step 3
Push your foot off the floor and step back up on the box. Switch legs.
