Step 1
Begin seated on the bench with your back against the rest and your feet planted on the floor.

Grab both handles behind your head in an overhand grip and place them on your shoulders.

Crunch forward at the waist, bringing the handles down toward your legs. Sit back up and repeat for the desired number of reps. Exhale while crunching forward.
