    Begin seated on the bench with your back against the rest and your feet planted on the floor.

  • Step 2

    Ab Crunches on Machine - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Grab both handles behind your head in an overhand grip and place them on your shoulders.

  • Step 3

    Ab Crunches on Machine - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Crunch forward at the waist, bringing the handles down toward your legs. Sit back up and repeat for the desired number of reps. Exhale while crunching forward.
