Abdominal Decline Crunch
This exercise will shred your abs!

Step 1
Lie on the decline bench and place your hands either across your chest or at the sides of your head.

Step 2
Exhale and flex your abdominals, lifting your shoulders and upper back off the bench.

Step 3
Keep your chin off your chest and do not use your legs to help you rise. Slowly lower to starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.
