Abductor Step Outs with Band
Tighten and tone your thighs and hips using only and exercise band!

Step 1
Secure a band around your ankles. With your hands on your hips, step out to the side with one foot, pressing against the resistance of the band.

Step 2
Step in the same direction with your other foot, releasing the tension in the band.

Step 3
Alternate from side to side, keeping your knees slightly bent, your abs tight and your back straight.
