Tighten and tone your thighs and hips using only and exercise band!

  • Step 1

    Abductor Step Outs with Band - Gentle Exercise - Step 1

    Secure a band around your ankles. With your hands on your hips, step out to the side with one foot, pressing against the resistance of the band.

  • Step 2

    Abductor Step Outs with Band - Gentle Exercise - Step 2

    Step in the same direction with your other foot, releasing the tension in the band.

  • Step 3

    Abductor Step Outs with Band - Gentle Exercise - Step 3

    Alternate from side to side, keeping your knees slightly bent, your abs tight and your back straight.
