Aerobic Step Basic March
This heart pumping cardio exercise is great for all fitness levels who want to tone up their lower body, and all you need is an aerobics step, (the bottom stair of a staircase works fine too)

Step 1
Face the step with your feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent.

Step 2
March onto the step, one foot at a time and step back down in the same order.

Step 3
While you step, pump your arms as if you were running.
