Aerobic Step Side Shuffles
This exercise will burn fat all over and strengthen your legs at the same time.

Step 1
Start with one foot on the step and one foot on the floor.

Step 2
Launch yourself up and over the step, shuffling your feet so that the foot that was on the step is now on the floor and the foot that was on the floor is now on the step.

Step 3
Shuffle back and forth from side to side continuously.
