Attitude Reversing Pose

This supported restorative yoga pose is fantastic for relieving stress and tension.

  • Step 1

    Attitude Reversing Pose - Yoga Exercise - Step 1

    Slide the long, narrow side of a block under the back of the pelvis so that your hips are balanced and stretch both legs up to the ceiling with feet flexed.

  • Step 2

    Attitude Reversing Pose - Yoga Exercise - Step 2

    Keep your knees and hips aligned. Rest your arms on the ground alongside your body, palms down, keeping your neck and shoulders relaxed.

  • Step 3

    Attitude Reversing Pose - Yoga Exercise - Step 3

    Breathe in and out through the nose.
