Attitude Reversing Pose
This supported restorative yoga pose is fantastic for relieving stress and tension.

Step 1
Slide the long, narrow side of a block under the back of the pelvis so that your hips are balanced and stretch both legs up to the ceiling with feet flexed.

Step 2
Keep your knees and hips aligned. Rest your arms on the ground alongside your body, palms down, keeping your neck and shoulders relaxed.

Breathe in and out through the nose.
