BOSU Ball Lunges
Performing this exercise on an unstable surface strengthens your legs and glutes while tightening your core!

Step 1
Stand with your feet close together and your hands at your sides for balance. Take a large step forward onto the Bosu Ball and descend into a lunge.

Step 2
Make sure you keep your front knee behind your front toes and your torso upright.

Step 3
Return to your starting position by pushing through your back toe and front heel. Alternate legs.
