Performing squats on an unstable surface like the BOSU ball increase the challenge to your core and glutes!

  • Step 1

    BOSU Ball Squats with Ball Up - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your legs slightly apart on the ball-side of the Bosu Ball.

  • Step 2

    BOSU Ball Squats with Ball Up - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Slowly lower your body into a squat and extend your arms out in front of you as you descend.

  • Step 3

    BOSU Ball Squats with Ball Up - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Push through your heels to rise out of the squat and let your arms return to your sides. Engage your abs for stability.
