Boxing Hop with Jabs

This is exercise will get the heart pumping while building strength in the upper body.

  • Step 1

    Boxing Hop with Jabs - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent and hands out in front of you at chin level.

  • Step 2

    Boxing Hop with Jabs - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Transfer your body weight from one foot to the other, gently hopping on your toes like a boxer.

  • Step 3

    Boxing Hop with Jabs - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Perform a powerful right jab each time you shift your weight to your right foot, extending your right hip out in the direction of the jab.
