  • Step 1

    Cable Rotational Twist with Exercise Ball - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    With the cable at waist height, sit on the stability ball with your left side to the machine.

  • Step 2

    Cable Rotational Twist with Exercise Ball - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Grab the handle with both hands and straighten your arms. While keeping your arms fully extended, twist away from the machine and return slowly.
