Step 1
With the cable at waist height, sit on the stability ball with your left side to the machine.

Step 2
Grab the handle with both hands and straighten your arms. While keeping your arms fully extended, twist away from the machine and return slowly.

Follow the path of your arms with your eyes and repeat for the desired number of reps.
