Cable Side Squats

A variation on the classic squat exercise that is great to throw in to your usual routine.

  • Step 1

    Cable Side Squats - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    With your left side to the machine, grab the handle with your left hand and extend the cable.

  • Step 2

    Cable Side Squats - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Do a squat by bending at the knees.

  • Step 3

    Cable Side Squats - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Stand back up, bring your feet together and repeat for the desired number of reps.
