Cherry Pickers
An easy to do position that stretches your hamstrings.

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms hanging down at your sides.

Step 2
Extend your arms in front of you and bend from the waist, reaching your hands to the floor as you keep your legs straight.

Step 3
Extend your hands back between your legs, reaching for the floor behind your heels. Roll up to starting position and repeat.
