Step 1
Begin in a kneeling position with your hands on the floor in front of you and your feet resting in the straps behind you.

Step 2
Lift your knees and hips and swing both legs out to the side, tucking your legs in toward your chest.

Return to center and swing to the opposite side. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
