  • Step 1

    Cross Tuck Feet with Suspension Trainer - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Begin in a kneeling position with your hands on the floor in front of you and your feet resting in the straps behind you.

  • Step 2

    Cross Tuck Feet with Suspension Trainer - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Lift your knees and hips and swing both legs out to the side, tucking your legs in toward your chest.

  • Step 3

    Cross Tuck Feet with Suspension Trainer - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Return to center and swing to the opposite side. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
