Exercise Ball Circles
A great, gentle stretch for your abs and hips.

Step 1
Sit on top of a exercise ball with your legs bent in front of you and your hands on your knees.

Step 2
Rotate your hips back and forth in a circular motion, rolling the ball beneath your body to follow your movements and keeping your feet on the floor for balance.

Step 3
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
