A great, gentle stretch for your abs and hips.

  • Step 1

    Exercise Ball Circles - Flexibility Exercise - Step 1

    Sit on top of a exercise ball with your legs bent in front of you and your hands on your knees.

  • Step 2

    Exercise Ball Circles - Flexibility Exercise - Step 2

    Rotate your hips back and forth in a circular motion, rolling the ball beneath your body to follow your movements and keeping your feet on the floor for balance.

  • Step 3

    Exercise Ball Circles - Flexibility Exercise - Step 3

    Repeat for the desired number of reps.
