Inner Thigh with Ring

Use the Pilates ring to shrink and tighten the inner thighs.

  • Step 1

    Inner Thigh with Ring - Pilates Exercise - Step 1

    Lie on the floor with your knees bent.

  • Step 2

    Inner Thigh with Ring - Pilates Exercise - Step 2

    Position the ring just above the insides of your knees and press your knees together, squeezing the ring.

  • Step 3

    Inner Thigh with Ring - Pilates Exercise - Step 3

    Hold this squeeze for a few seconds, release and repeat.
