Jazz Kicks
Bound to bring out the dancer body in anyone with no equipment required.

Step 1
Stand with your feet hip width apart and arms stretched out sideways at shoulder level.

Step 2
Kick your left leg into the air, keeping it as straight as possible. Lower your left leg and kick with the right.

Step 3
Be sure to tighten your core so that only your legs are moving and your upper body stays still.
