Long Jumps
This is an advanced exercise designed to help build lean muscle in the legs, as well as improve power, balance and cardiovascular endurance.

Step 1
Begin with your feet together, knees slightly bent and arms at your sides.

Step 2
In one powerful motion, jump as far you can across the floor, swinging your arms for momentum and keeping your abs squeezed tight.

Step 3
Land the jump softly with bent knees, turn around and jump back so that you end up in your starting position.
