Step 1
Lie on your back with your knees bent and hold the medicine ball above your chest.

Step 2
Exhale and quickly extend your arms upward, pushing the medicine ball straight up into the air as high as possible.

Step 3
Softly catch the medicine ball and lower it to starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
