  • Step 1

    Neutral Grip Machine Flyes - Strength Exercise - Step 1

    Begin seated with your back to the machine and grab the handles with your hands in a vertical position.

  • Step 2

    Neutral Grip Machine Flyes - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Align the handles at your sides and bring your arms straight out to your sides.

  • Step 3

    Neutral Grip Machine Flyes - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Bring the bars back to starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
