    Begin seated on a exercise ball with both feet on the floor and a medicine ball in your right hand.

  • Step 2

    Seated Exercise Ball Medicine Ball Throws - Strength Exercise - Step 2

    Throw the ball into the air above your head and catch it with your left hand.

  • Step 3

    Seated Exercise Ball Medicine Ball Throws - Strength Exercise - Step 3

    Bend your elbow and throw the medicine ball back to your right hand.
