Shuffle Jumps
This cardio training move burns calories while strengthening the leg muscles and building endurance and agility.

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend your knees and lower your hips down into a shallow squat, then jump up and to the right.

Step 2
As you move through the air, bring your left foot towards your right foot, completing a ï¾shuffle.

Step 3
ï¾ Land softly with bent knees and sink down into another squat, this time pushing off to the left side and completing a ï¾shuffleï¾ to the left.
