This fat burning exercise is a great way to work on your cardiovascular stamina as well as improve balance and core strength.

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart bent and arms at your sides. Jump off your left leg to the right side, landing softly on your right foot.

Step 2
As you land, cross your left leg behind you, gently tapping your toe on the floor for balance as reach your left arm across your body towards the floor in a continuous motion.

Step 3
Rise and repeat to the opposite side.
