Squatted Cross Jumps

This exercise will help you torch calories while shaping your arms, shoulders and back!

  • Step 1

    Squatted Cross Jumps - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Drop down into a squat with your weight on your heels.

  • Step 2

    Squatted Cross Jumps - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    Tilt your upper body slightly forward, and rapidly alternate 4 cross punches, stretching your arms across the center line of your body.

  • Step 3

    Squatted Cross Jumps - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    Jump and bring your feet together, extending your arms straight above your head. Return to squat position and repeat the sequence.
