  • Step 1

    Step and Hook Punch - Cardio Exercise - Step 1

    Begin with your feet hip width. Bend your knees and perform a shallow open stance squat.

  • Step 2

    Step and Hook Punch - Cardio Exercise - Step 2

    As you come up from the squat, extend your right leg back and swing your right arm forward in a powerful hook punch, keeping your elbow at shoulder level.

  • Step 3

    Step and Hook Punch - Cardio Exercise - Step 3

    As you complete the punch, squat again and as you come up, punch with the left arm.
