Step Touch
A simple, cardio exercise that works well as a warm up or cool down.

Step 1
Stand with your feet together. Take a big step to the right, bending your knee as you do so.

Step 2
Step in the same direction with your left foot, tapping it next to the right foot.

Step 3
Now reverse directions, stepping back to your left side with your left foot first, followed by the right this time. Continue to move back and forth in this pattern.
