Suspension Trainer Triceps Extension
Work your triceps while you shape your core using a suspension trainer.

Step 1
Grasp the handles with an overhand grip and lean forward on your toes with your arms extended out in front of your body and your eyes focused on the floor.

Step 2
Bend at the elbows, allowing your body to descend further toward the floor.

Step 3
When your elbows are bent at 90 degrees, return to starting position by pushing into the straps and squeezing your triceps. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
