I'm on a 30-day challenge, and I'm trying to work these into my daily routine, so finding a way to shut my office door nonchalantly, take off my sensible shoes and conservative suit jacket, and crank out 25+ burpees . . . the length of time of a phone call . . . is actually kind of fun!
