The knee push-up is a calisthenics exercise that primarily targets the chest and to a lesser degree also targets the abs, triceps, and middle back.

The only knee push-up equipment that you really need is the following: exercise mat. There are however many different knee push-up variations that you can try out that may require different types of knee push-up equipment or maye even require no equipment at all.
