The over the rainbow is a medicine ball, calisthenics, and total body exercise that primarily targets the obliques and to a lesser degree also targets the shoulders, abs, quads, lats, glutes, and hamstrings.

The only over the rainbow equipment that you really need is the following: medicine ball. There are however many different over the rainbow variations that you can try out that may require different types of over the rainbow equipment or maye even require no equipment at all.
