when is it better to exercise in the morning or evening after meals or before meals

The best time to exercise is when you will continue to do so consistently Wink.

Many people find that exercising in the morning works well because it is the first thing that they do, so they don't get side-tracked or become too tired later in the day.  But if you're not a morning-person, you may not be motivated to work out in the morning and so will not be consistent, you may personally find that you have more energy in the evenings, so it is an individual choice.  You need to exercise when it feels best to you.

Regarding before/after meals, it depends a little bit on who you talk to, but it is usually best to avoid exercising close to a large meal.  Instead, eat a snack about an hour or so before you exercise to give your body the fuel it needs to perform well.  Avoiding overly sugary/fatty foods and sticking with something light that includes carbohydrates will help give your body the nutrition it needs to exercise.

I like to have a banana, but yogurt with fruit (berries work well), a bowl of cereal, or fruit/veggies and peanut butter are all good choices.

Then, about 30 minutes after you exercise, it's a good idea to have another snack that includes carbohydrates, protein and very little fat.  You could have a meal at this time as well, but it can be more difficult to consistently have very little fat in a meal than it is to have very little fat in a snack.  Why?  Because it's easier for most people to eat the same or similar snack every day, but more difficult to eat the same or similar meal every day.

One should take 80 steps after meal, these steps are better for the better health.

 

Last Prophet Muhammad peace be upon Him said that you should leave the meal when you have some hunger left. It will save you from any kind of disease.

 

One thing more said by the Last Last Prophet Muhammad peace be upon Him that you should drink water at the start of your meal with the name of God, and finish it in three breathes. It will prevent you from any kind of disease. Don't drink water when you finish your meal.
