I'm 16 years old and overweight. I joined this website because i want and need to lose weight right now my goal is to lose 20-30 pounds by our spring break. If anyone has any advice let me know . I've tried diets before and exercising but I just dont have the motivation. But I now have a reason to lose it. My family, they worry about me becoming Diebetic.
