I have been on vacation for two weeks, I had just finished phase 2 and was to be going to phase 3. Should I go back to phase 2 for a few weeks because I felt very weak when I tried phase 3 because I hadn't worked out in two weeks?

Hello I,m starting 7 day shread today can I have as many cooked vegies as I want? the book only says raw. I will want cooked vegies with my dinner. Also can i have soup and salad with dinner or salad with lunch?

Mine says 26 grams protein in one serving, however one serving is two scoops. Jerseygirl73, yes, the scoops are definately smaller.

To add to what Barbara said... if you are within 10lbs of your goal you do reset and then go to Advanced. If you are within 5lbs just go straight to 7-day Shred. If you have 10lbs+ then reset and do P3 with the intensity AND heavier...

I only lost one pound during phase 1, but I lost 6 inches from my waist. This is pretty typical, phase one your body is exchanging fat for muslce so the scale doesn't move much even though your body is transforming like crazy.

It sounds like what you got would be good enough. I wouldn't stress to much over it try to stick to the plan the best you can... Your sweetener sounds like it is crystal form but I think as long as it is free of other stuff,...
