  • Ingredients

    1. 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
    2. 2 TBS. hummus
    3. 1/4 avocado, sliced length wise
    4. 1/2 cups Alf alpha sprouts
    5. 5 slices of cucumber
    6. 1 cup skim milk
  • Preparations

    1. Spread the hummus on one side of each slice of bread.
    2. Cut 1/4 of an avocado length wise and lay on top of hummus.
    3. Lay sprouts and cucumber on top of avocado.
    4. Put other slice of bread on top and enjoy.
    5. Pour milk into glass and enjoy.
