Ingredients
- 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
- 2 TBS. hummus
- 1/4 avocado, sliced length wise
- 1/2 cups Alf alpha sprouts
- 5 slices of cucumber
- 1 cup skim milk

Preparations
- Spread the hummus on one side of each slice of bread.
- Cut 1/4 of an avocado length wise and lay on top of hummus.
- Lay sprouts and cucumber on top of avocado.
- Put other slice of bread on top and enjoy.
- Pour milk into glass and enjoy.
