Ingredients
- 1 slices 100% whole wheat bread
- 1 TBS. hummus
- 1/4 avocado, sliced length wise
- 1/2 cups Alfalfa sprouts
- 5 slices of cucumber
- 6 oz. turkey breast

Preparations
- Spread the hummus on one side of bread.
- Cut 1/4 of an avocado length wise and lay on top of hummus.
- Lay sprouts and cucumber on top of avocado.
