- 1/2 plain bagel
- 1 slice reduced fat and sodium provolone cheese
- 1 medium fresh orange

Preparations
- Cut bagel in half and put half of bagel in toaster over. When half way done, remove and lay slice of cheese on bagel. Continue toasting until desired state, or cheese is melted.
- Enjoy with a fresh orange!
