  • Ingredients

    1. 2 TBS. whole flaxseed
    2. 1/2 cup orange juice
    3. 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek style yogurt
    4. 1 cup unsweetened frozen mixed berries
    5. 1 small banana
  • Preparations

    1. Place flaxseeds in dry blender, cover and blend until ground into a fine powder.
    2. Add orange juice, yogurt, mixed berries and banana.
    3. Cover and blend until smooth.
