    Nate is absolutely correct, supplements are supplements. They are not necassary. Everything that is in a supplement is in your regular foods, for a third of the price. Also most supplements provide riduculous amounts of vitamins such as "Vitamin B6-300%" that when your body has an access of it, it just urinates it out.

    I think that as long as you have a good diet that includes diverse grains, fruits, and vegetables, and have a solid fitness routine (both of which I've found info about on this site), you really don't need to take supplements in order to lost weight and stay healthy. Even for people with anemia or other dificiences, unless recommended by a doctor, I'd imagine changing your diet to include more of whatever is needed would do more for you overall than supplements would anyway.
