This is part of the comprehensive plan to increase your weight training numbers for a powerlifting meet. This plan is a continuation on your powerlifting preparation. In this phase you are going to be lifting heavier weight than you did in block 1. The accessory work is also different.
Justin Kompf is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer. He has been personal training since 2009 and specializes in helping people lose weight and get stronger. He is also the head strength coach at SUNY Cortland as well as an adjunct instructor there.
