i think is a great sport to get in shape its very competitive doesnt mean ppl have to beat each other up if you aint a professional but moving around and swinging to a punching bag must give same results i wont mind training to be a boxer or kick boxer

I hold toal reservation towards boxing. Since I have first watched this game in a local arena, I have not liked it. I have seen the players to bleed profusely and I have seen them to be taken to an orthopaedic expert for repairing of parts of their body. I have learned to count this kind of game as unhealthy and unnecessary.
