Stretching

Stretching is a warm up activity that many participants use before working out or playing sports. Stretching involves slowly increasing the bodyメs heart rate while extending isolated muscle groups into different positions. Stretching is thought to prevent some exercise and sports related injuries and burns a low to moderate number of calories. Stretching can work all muscle groups, depending on the poses performed.

    Day 5 omg in so much pain walked 3.5 mph in 2 diffrent sets first 45min 2nd 35min plus my routien provided and some of the lady GaGa routien now I have a date with my hubby and can't walk barefoot let alone put on heels.HELP!!
