Tobogganing

Tobogganing involves riding a flat sled, called a toboggan, down snowy slopes or hills. Sometimes used as a mode of transport, tobogganing in itself does not provide much physical activity. However, if riders have to drag it back up the hill, this activity results in burning calories and moderate to intense cardio activity.
