It’s been a while since I released my 80s workout playlist, which is loads of fun (in my opinion). But for those who find the 90s more bangin’, this playlist’s for you!
Whether you’re kickboxing, on a stroll in your sneaks, or gettin’ jiggy on the dance floor with friends, you’re in for a slammin’ ride full of grunge, hip hop, skate punk, rap, and more.
If you really want to embrace this particular decade, break out your ripped jeans, or in this case, (gently) rip a pair of workout leggings, throw on a baggy T, crank up the jams, and work up a sweat. It’s go time!
Okay, gotta bounce. Peace out!
