Helping other people live better is the goal of a fitness trainer. The NFPT Certified Personal Trainer must know how to assess the individual client and evaluate his fitness goals.
Before designing a fitness plan, the CPT must break down the path to the client’s goal into achievable steps.
The CPT’s plan must help the client reach realistic, achievable goals. The client must agree to follow instructions and appear for regular trainings. In short, the CPT creates an agreement with the client. The CPT and client form a coach-client relationship throughout the fitness training process.
