I've struggled with my weight all my life. After I had kids I did loose 94 lbs, but, since hitting the dreaded menopause stage I have put on about 15 pounds. I just want to feel better about me. I've been married for 26 years to a wonderful man & we have 2 children. A son who is 23 & a daughter who just turned 21.

    I started 10 days after you did in 2012, and I have to say it has been an amazing experience, a year of lifestyle changes, and a year of coming to know who I really am. It took me long enough to really find success at dieting, but I finally made it. You look absolutely amazing!! I'm sure your family is so very proud of you, as you must be of yourself. Here's to another great year in 2013!!

    Chelsea I would love to see more journals referring to our daily intakes with food, exercise, and a journal in general to write more of our daily thoughts & processes while we continue this journey doing Preservation. A daily list like we currently have in the Pink Journal would be fantastic, it could even being a weekly journal. I love to write down my thoughts and then go back later & reread what I was doing at the time when I was being successful or when I was having temptations, and what the triggers were.

      LOVE this idea! Journaling and keeping track of your eating habits is huge help in making positive change! Thanks for your input, I will definitel include something like this!

      I can't believe its been almost a year since I started the Pink Method. My goal was to be 156 & I reached my goal & realized it was'nt the right goal for me. I reached 146 & was really happy about it. I did gain 4 pounds after the Holidays, but I'm down 2.5 this week & next week plan to resume my exercise routine. It's the best plan ever, the best choice I ever made was to go for the PINK METHOD and never look back. Ladies give yourself a chance on this amazing LIFESTYLE CHANGE you won't regret it.

    Welcome to Pink!! I would love to be your friend & support you on the journey. It has bee the best choice ever. I just stumbled upon this in January one evening when I was channel flipping & came to rest at Dr Phil's show. I ordered the program the same night. It arrived in 3 or days & by that weekene & by that weekend I had read a good portion of the book. Every night I would read something new. By Sunday I had decided I would start on Monday with the Reset program. I lost 8.5 pounds which was great for me, & I also lost 9 inches. I was was so excited. Just remember to have lots of vegies around it really helps! When I first saw the Shakes & the ingredients I thought to myself #1 would be the only shake I would ever try. Well, that changed too!! I love shake #3, and honestly I am not a beet person at all, but after adding the other ingredients & small amount of vanilla creme liquid stevia, I loved that shake too!!. When you start the workout Phase there will be 3 additional shakes which are also great, with my favorite being the Pina Colada shake. What I'm trying to say is even if the combo looks weird just give it a shot, its amzing how many new things I've actually come to love on the Pink Method. Anytime you need anything let me know. You go girl!!! This is your time.

      That is funny that you say that about the shakes because that is exactly what I thought when I saw the three options also! LOL I will be open minded though and give them all a try. I am starting the program tomorrow, as I just got the iinfo in the mail, and I am very excited to begin this journey!

      Hi Coleen - thanks for checking in. I am doing pretty good. Day 2 of Phase 3. Down 13 pounds and 8 inches. This program does work! However, slowly on the weight loss for me. I am liking the Phase 3 workouts the best. How are you doing? Where are you at in the Pink process?

    Thanks for the message and encouragement. I will continue to weigh every day. I don't think I could resist not seeing if I lose. I took care of myself today and went shopping! Bought a new exercise bra/top to be ready for Phase 1 exercise next week. Hope you are encouraged today in your journey!

      How's it going? I started Phase 1 & I'm on day 7 of that or day 21 from the beginning starting reset. Haven't weighed myself, even though I want to.I feel like I'm getting alot of food with the workout shakes you have after doing the workout. The Pina Colada shake is Delicious!!

      I have been moving to a new home, so no internet and no scale. Today is day 14 of Reset. Last I weighed I had lost 5-1/2 pounds. My appetite has definitely shrunk and so has my ability to eat much. These are good things. I think its just plain harder to lose weight quickly when you have less weight to lose. Tomorrow I start Phase 1. i will start the exercise, but am going to be careful how much extra food I add to the Reset diet. Thanks for checking in. How has the Phase 1 workout been for you?
